3. Warning Notice.
3.1 All materials, including messages and other communications contained at the Web Site are intended for distribution exclusively to consenting adults in locations where the materials, messages and other communications contained at the Web Site do not violate any community standards or any federal, state or local law or regulation. If you chose to engage in a chat with any of the Models, You will be dealing and communicating directly with the Model, and not with any agent or employee of the Web Site. None of the Models are controlled by Web Site. Therefore, Web Site is not responsible for the quality or the content of any of the live video sessions with Models.
4.2 Although the Web Site is not provider of the Video Services offered by the Models, the Web Site does provide the billing facilities for the Models. If you have any queries regarding billing matters, you may email us at support@ruscams.com stating the nature of your query.
4.3 You acknowledge and agree that you are personally responsible for safe keeping of your passwords and account details associated with your use of the Web Site. You acknowledge and agree that neither the Web Site nor Third Party Program Participants or any other third party issuing you any password or account associated with Your use of the Web Site or services available on the Web Site, will be liable for losses that are incurred through the use of your password or account by a third party or the disclosure of any of Your passwords or account information.
4.4 You hereby acknowledge that you understand that the Web Site does not authorize the accessing, viewing, downloading, duplication, receiving, transmission, broadcasting or other use of the materials contained on the Web Site to or by any person, including you, who is located in any area where such material is prohibited.
4.5 Discovery of any suspected or actual fraudulent or other illegal activity, or any activity the Web Site or any Third Party Program Participant deems improper, engaged in by you and/or another party in direct or indirect association with you, shall entitle the Web Site to immediately terminate any and all services and all other obligations to you. All suspected fraudulent and criminal activity may be immediately reported to appropriate governmental authorities.

5. Refund Policy.
If you feel that any Model did not perform the service that he or she specifically agreed to perform for you during a fee-based Video Session or you experienced technical difficulties, please contact us via e-mail at support@ruscams.com and let Us know the nature of your complaints. Please be advised that the maximum time for making the credit claim following an incident is 2 (two) weeks only and if Your complaints are legitimate, We will give You Credit to your Account on the Web Site for an amount that is appropriate.

6. Users Code of Conduct.
You agree and warrant using the Web Site in accordance with the following Code of Conduct:
6.1 You will not use the Web Site to engage in any form of illegal conduct, harassment or offensive behavior.
6.2 You will not post messages or use the Web Site in any way which violates, plagiarizes or infringes upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to any copyright or trademark law, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights, or is fraudulent or otherwise unlawful or violates any law.
6.3 You will not use the Web Site to infringe the privacy rights, property rights, or other civil rights of any person.
